Party House Delivery Information
We currently only accept UK Orders
At Party House we are committed to dispatching and delivering your goods in excellent condition as efficiently as possible.
We aim to pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. Most orders are packed and dispatched the same day.
You can select which delivery option you require at the check-out.
Party House only deliver to mainland UK postal areas and addresses. Please see below for our breakdown of delivery charges. Certain areas are not covered for next day delivery, please contact us for details.
Please be aware that some products may be on back order and this will affect the delivery times of your order. Next day delivery dates are from when we dispatch the order and not the date when the order is placed, however we endeavor to despatch all orders on the same day, stock permitting.
- Collect in person from our Warehouse (Monday to Friday 12.00 noon - 5.00pm Only) - Free
- Parcels over the weight of 1.25Kg will be sent by DHL 48hr - £6.50 (max parcel weight limit of 30Kg)
- 24hr Express Delivery - £7.50 (Only orders received before 1.00pm are eligible for next day delivery and a signature is required). NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. If in doubt, please contact our sales team on 01772 694250 for further information.
If you have not received your goods by 4.00pm next day when using our 24hr/Next Day Delivery service, please contact us.
Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if your order does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please inform us and we will replace or refund.
We hold all products you see on our website in stock in our warehouse. On the occasion when we are waiting for stock to arrive we will wait until we send out your order. We will contact you in all instances should this arise and if necessary, make alternative delivery arrangements.
