We currently only accept UK Orders
At Party House Ltd we are committed to dispatching and delivering your goods in good condition as efficiently as possible. Most orders are dispatched the same day the order is placed.
We aim to pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. Most orders are packed and dispatched the same day.
You can select which delivery option you require at the check-out.
Party House only deliver to UK postal areas and addresses. Please see below for our breakdown of delivery charges.

Collect in person from our Warehouse (Monday to Friday 12.00 noon - 5.00pm Only) - Free

Standard Delivery 3-10 days - £3.75

24hr Express Delivery - £7.50 (Only orders received before 3.00pm are eligible for next day delivery and a signature is required). NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. If in doubt, please contact our sales team on 01253 302602 for further information.
If you have not received your goods by 4.00pm next day when using our 24hr/Next Day Delivery service, please contact us.
For deliveries before 12.00 noon - £18.00 Saturday Delivery - £24.00
If collecting from our warehouse, please make sure you stipulate this in the delivery requirements box.
Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if your order does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us and we will replace or refund.
We hold all products you see on our website in stock in our warehouse. On the occasion when we are waiting for stock to arrive we will wait until we send out your order. We will contact you in all instances should this arise and if necessary, make alternative delivery arrangements.
